"The managers made our stay at Phoenix Villas seamless. My wife has a gluten allergy that usually makes her travel to less developed countries stressful. However, they made her feel so comfortable and satisfied. She coordinated her meals ahead of time with the staff and even sent her favorite receipt for muffins, which they made. They also had our desired wine already there for us when we arrived. Who does that anymore these days?! Unmatched service. We want to say thank you from us both."
"A group of us came to surf Bangko-Bangko. They shuttled us back and forth at any hour. They gave us a walkie talkie to communicate since we didn’t have local phones. We are a big drinking group and they never ran out of booze. The food was incredible and just can’t say enough about the friendly staff and service. Highly recommend for any solo surfers or groups to come here."
"We had an outstanding experience at Phoenix Villas. We stayed in the Jon Adam family suite. My two kids loved the loft where their beds were. I have to work on most vacations, which was very easy to do there. I had no issues with the internet and often worked at the restaurant and café in their beautiful grounds. My husband and kids went on outings several of the days (all coordinated by the staff) and I thought it was so convenient to pay through them for everything they did. Oh and you must try the local Indonesian food — delicious there!"

"Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Our villa was gorgeous, and our private chef was wonderful (and so funny). We had a large group of 9 people, but they handled us like clockwork. We all went on their boat and snorkeled. Some of us went kayaking. Some of us went on a waterfall tour. Some of us went parasailing. Everything was customized and we never had any problems. We didn’t want to leave. Just a killer experience, and we’ve already booked for next year."

From contacting them the first time, the management was so professional and really wanted to understand the type of experience we were looking for. "Phoenix Villas is a dream destination. We came to Lombok years ago but wanted a more authentic, less touristy experience this time. We wanted to unplug and relax. Our eco suite was wonderful and we marveled at all the unique construction and ingenuity in the details of the room. I especially appreciated the outdoor shower and the feet stones after a long day out snorkeling. We loved being in nature and decided to eat alongside the running ponds many times. This will be our new normal for Lombok."
